In the first podcast series, Professor Dr. Abdul Salam Babji, a visiting professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, and an Honorary Professor at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, introduced us to the fundamentals of meat science, the significance of the meat industry, and the challenges associated with the production of laboratory Meat (Culture Meat) products.
